I built a free tool for runners who want better shoe recommendations based on how you train, race, and run.

I didn’t want to just recommend the newest version of a sneaker you already have or like. I developed this AI builder to compare multiple shoe brands, evaluate current and prior generations, and research current pricing and availability.

Instructions!

• Download the builder.

• FILL in your runner profile in Step 1.

• SAVE AND UPLOAD the completed file to ChatGPT or another web-enabled AI like Claude or Gemini.

• COPY AND PASTE the included prompt in Step 2. All three of these steps must be completed!
